Visit your dentist once in 6 months

At the six-month dental check up and cleaning, the dentist will check for sings of disease decay or gum tooth decay or gum disease.  

Dental hygiene never forget!

Brush your teeth at least twice daily and for a minimum of two minutes. For the best results, it is suggested that you hold your brush at a 45-degree angle. Be sure to clean the outside and inside of your teeth as well as the back ones that are harder to reach. 

Don’t rush when you brush!

Set aside time in the morning and evening to brush, floss and use mouthwash. It will only take a few minutes but will greatly benefit your oral care. Be sure to take time when brushing your teeth.
